Sally Birch

Sally graduated from the University of Liverpool in 2007. She then spent four years working in small animal practice in the West Midlands, during which time she developed a keen interest in the use of ultrasound.
As a result, she undertook a Certificate in Advanced Veterinary Practice with an emphasis on imaging. She completed a residency in veterinary diagnostic imaging at the University of Bristol in 2014.
During this time, she published several papers and successfully passed both the Certificate and the European Diploma in Veterinary Diagnostic Imaging, attaining European Specialist status in 2014. Sally currently works at Willows Veterinary Centre and Referral Service in Solihull.

Domingo is a double diplomate in Veterinary Cardiology and Small Animal Internal Medicine. Domingo graduated from the University of Zaragoza and after graduation he carried out an internship at the Animal Medical Centre in Manchester.
He then worked in Veterinary Hospitals in Nottingham and Bristol. Domingo joined the University of Bristol Small Animal Hospital (Langford Veterinary Services) in 2006 as a resident.
He underwent specialist training in Small Animal Internal Medicine and Veterinary Cardiology and he is now the Head of the Cardiology Unit. Domingo has been a speaker at national and international conferences and has published widely in many areas of veterinary cardiology and respiratory medicine. His main areas of interests are arrhythmias and interventional cardiology.
